Favorite Dishes: Sisig and Adobo

"Sisig is my favorite dish and I can never get enough of its savory and tangy flavors. What makes sisig so special is that it is typically served sizzling hot, with a raw egg cracked on top that cooks from the heat of the dish. I love to pair it with a cold drinks and some steamed rice for a satisfying and flavorful meal!"
"What i love about adobo is its rich and complex flavor that is a beautiful blend of savory, tangy, and slightly sweet notes. Whether it's chicken, pork, or a combination of both, adobo's seasoning of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and other spices gives it a unique and irresistible taste that I just can't get enough of. Plus, it's incredibly versatile and can be enjoyed in many different ways, from being served with rice to being used as a filling for tacos or sandwiches. Adobo truly is a delicious and beloved dish that holds a special place in my heart and taste buds."
